  • Digital Approval: Once digital approval is provided by the customer and the printing process has commenced, the order is considered final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances after this stage.

  • Customer has to understand that Delivery time and production time is different and overall it can take 15 working days .

2. Shipping Partners

  • Logistics: Our deliveries are executed through reputable logistic partners such as DTDC, DHL, Bluedart, Delhivery, among others. We ensure that our partners are reliable and efficient in handling your orders .

3. Remote Area Deliveries

  • Change of Shipment Partner: In cases where the delivery address is in a remote area serviced only by India Post, MyPerfectPack reserves the right to change the shipment partner to ensure the successful delivery of your order.

4. Delivery Coverage

  • Serviceable Areas: We deliver to all pin codes covered by India Post and our logistic partners. MyPerfectPack guarantees delivery to any location within their serviceable areas.

5. Customer's Choice of Delivery Method

  • Alternate Shipping Methods: If the customer opts for delivery via VRL, Truck, own shipment methods, or store pickup:

    • MyPerfectPack will not be responsible for collecting transport charges.

    • The customer will be fully responsible for tracking, shipment, and delivery of the order.

    • Any issues arising from these alternate methods of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information

  • Tracking Information: Upon dispatch, customers will be provided with tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping partner and destination. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but MyPerfectPack cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances with the logistic partners.

DETAILS OF OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

Online Ordering and Email Confirmation
Products purchased through the  website will be delivered to a physical address of your choice, which must be selected during the online ordering process. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.

Courier Delivery
Deliveries will be performed by a professional courier company / India Post ( Business Speed Post ) / Transport Agency engaged by myperfectpack. The delivery service is available from 10 am until 4 pm during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We recommend that you use your office address as your physical delivery address if you are not at home during the week.
You may be required to sign for delivery and provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, we will attempt either one or two more deliveries to the physical address that you provided during the online ordering process and, if still unsuccessful, the courier company, acting on behalf, will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company.
In the event that myperfectpack and/or its duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the ordering process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund to you the money already paid to myperfectpack, less Myperfectpack's reasonable administration charges including the cost incurred by us for repeatedly attempting to deliver your order and for arranging for the return of your order.

Delivery Times
Our delivery times will vary between 5-10 working days depending on the location and serviceability. While is firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame due to unforeseen reasons.

Costs
There is a delivery fee of depending on the weight of the product ordered. , in its sole discretion, may determine that your delivery address is located in a remote area and may, upon you placing your online order, request payment of an additional delivery fee. Should you object to an additional delivery fee being payable, you will still have the choice to withdraw your order. Calculating Delivery Cost: Find your delivery fees simply by entering your delivery address in the website's checkout page, and the site will calculate the delivery fees for you.
